Heard both sides.

A perusal of the order no doubt supported by reasons however under Section 311 Cr.P.C. coupled with Section 242 Cr.P.C. to receive the documents one after another is not even contemplated, that itself indicates lack of bonafides on the part of the petitioner. Thereby, with this observation there is nothing to interfere with the otherwise reasoned order, but for any such future filing of application to consider.
