THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Writ Petition No.8576 of 2012 ORDER :

Heard Sri P.Gangaiah Naidu, learned senior counsel, for petitioner.

The petitioner challenges communication No.AMCG/39/2011-12/725, dated 20-08-2011 whereunder the request of petitioner to recognize and register the change of allottee from proprietary to partnership firm was rejected. Communication apparently refers to the order dated 30-06of Hon'ble The Lokayuktha in Complaint No.1377/2010/B1.

Having regard to what is observed in the order dated 3006-2011, the learned senior counsel requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to comprehensively assail the communication dated 20-08-2011 and also the legality and binding nature of the direction dated 30-06-2011.

The statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as indicated above. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition

shall stand disposed of.
