HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24254 of 2016 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would approach the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission and seek clarification as to whether the petitioners would fall under the exempted category from the purview of the Revised Order on Restriction and Control (R&C) Measures.
In view of the above, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and seek clarification as to whether the petitioners would fall under exempted category from the purview of the Revised Order on Restriction and Control (R&C) Measures and the Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission shall clarify as to whether the petitioners would fall within the exempted category or not and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. If any clarification is received, basing on the same, the order of Ombudsman is liable to be implemented within a period of two months from the date of receipt of clarification from the Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
