This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the final bill amount of Rs.92,00,000/- to the petitioner forthwith.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted. 3.
