Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

As can be seen from the complaint allegations, there is a prima facie material against the accused/petitioners for holding a thorough investigation. Therefore, it is not a fit case to order quashment of the proceedings. Considering the fact that petitioner/Accused No.3 is aged lady, the Police of Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused No.3 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
