Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the 1st respondent. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the 1st respondent. It is needless to say that the 1st respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
