Sri C.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No. 1, addressed letter dated 21-03-2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that he received instructions from his client to withdraw Crl.R.C.No. 1024 of 2011 and hence the case may be posted for withdrawal before the Court.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the said letter.
