At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty of renew his request in case if charge sheet is not filed within the time prescribed. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to renew his request in case if charge sheet is not filed within the time prescribed.
