HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 3 6 7 5 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nandyala III Town P.S., Kurnool District, dated 04.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the writ petitioner herein filed the present Writ Petition by raising certain allegations against the respondent Police that they did snot register the crime basing on the complaint dated 01.06.2018. It is incorrect and baseless. It is submitted that in connection with the disputes existed among the writ petitioner herein and the 4th respondent, the writ petitioner herein submitted his complaint, dated 01.06.

2018, to the Hon'ble Minister, Rural Housing, Information & Public Relations, Government of A.P., for taking necessary action. The same was received by the said Hon'ble Minister. In turn, the same was forwarded to the Office of the 2nd respondent herein for taking necessary action. It is submitted that in connection with the complaint, dated 01.06.2018, the 3rd respondent herein did not receive any endorsement from his higher officials. Hence, he has no knowledge about the issue till receipt of notice in this Writ Petition.

It is submitted that after coming to know about the Writ Petition, when the 3rd respondent herein verified the records, he came to know that the said complaint was endorsed to the Inspector of Police,

Nandyala II Town, for necessary action. Copy of the same is herewith enclosed.

It is submitted that either the 3rd respondent herein or any other Police personnel did not commit any illegality or irregularity as alleged by the writ petitioner herein. The respondent Police have great respect on the Courts and its orders. This respondent will obey the orders if any passed by this Hon'ble Court in connection with the present Writ Petition."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nandyala III Town Police Station, Kurnool District, dated 04.12.2018, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the 3rd respondent with a fresh complaint for necessary action in accordance with law.
