HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1711 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the docket orders dated 04.08.2010 in I.A.No.714 of 2010 in O.S.No.331 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ongole.

As per the office note, the suit O.S.No.331 of 2007 itself was disposed of on 20.03.2015. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.03.2017 and today also none appeared for the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
