THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8701 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is closed as the writ petitioner wants to file a proper application in the matter as required under law before the respondent concerned within seven days from date. If such an application is made, the respondent

concerned shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner. Till such decision is taken, the vehicle in question shall remain seized and no further action shall be taken. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
