THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10555 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus: i) declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the period of petitioner's removal from 19-02-2008 to 21-10-2008 duly releasing his pending annual grade increments and also in not fixing his pay as per the revised pay scales of 2004, 2009 & 2014, as illegal and arbitrary ii) consequently direct the respondents to regularize the period of petitioner's removal from 19-02-2008 to 21-102008 duly releasing his pending annual grade increments and also fix his pay as per the revised pay scales of 2004, 2009 & 2010, duly granting all other consequential and other attendant benefits (iii) and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri C.Buchi Reddy, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 11.03.2016 to the 2nd respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a necessary direction may be issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any

opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.03.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 31.03.2016 SS
