Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. I.A.No.1 of 2018 was filed in this writ petition for the same relief.

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is therefore ordered. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 29.08.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
