The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.36802 OF 2018 ORDER:

Petitioners claim to be the residents of Sangyapalli Thanda Village, Post Ibrahimbad, Gandeed Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. Petitioners are aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent-authorities in seeking to locate the office of the Gram Panchayat in Sangyapalli Village instead of Sangyapalli Thanda. According to the petitioners, all the village level establishments such as school, anganwadi centre etc. are located in Sangyapalli Thanda and therefore, it would be ideal to locate the Gram Panchayat office also in Sangyapalli Thanda. The population of Sangyapalli Thanda is far higher as compared to other Thandas which are now forming part of the newly created Gram Panchayat. 2.

As seen from the averments made in support of the Writ Petition, so far no decision is taken by the competent authority to locate the Gram Panchayat office. At this stage, the Writ Petition is not maintainable, as it is premature assuming that such claim can be agitated in the Writ Petition.

3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
