Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have already obtained a registered sale deed vide document bearing No. 1353/2012, dated 1.3.2012 and they now seek to register a rectification deed relating to the same document. However, alleging that the third respondent is not receiving and processing the said document, the present writ petition is filed. Since the sale deed was already registered, rectification deed with respect to the same sale deed can be received and processed for registration. Hence the third respondent is directed to receive and process the said rectification deed and register the same after satisfying compliance under the Indian Stamp Act and Registration Act.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
