Sri N.Mukunda Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present against the impugned proceedings cause of action does not survive and prays for liberty to assail fresh cause of action if has arisen during the pendency of this Writ Petition.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
