Sri P.Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel, representing on behalf of Sri K.L.N.Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel on record, appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to the petitioner herein.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
