HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.10818 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioners are A.1 to A.3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to compromise and to compound the offences respectively against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in F.I.R.No.221 of 2018 of Dharmavaram Urban Police Station, Ananthapuramu District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 read with 120-B IPC and Section 202 Cr.P.C., by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and memorandum of settlement was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in F.I.R.No.221 of 2018 of Dharmavaram Urban Police Station, Ananthapuramu District, are hereby quashed and they are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.3, if any, shall stand cancelled.
