THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.614 of 2016 ORDER:

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 23.02.2016 as well as on 15.03.2016. Subsequently, on 30.03.2016, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was listed to 31.03.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of matter being posted under the caption 'for dismissal', even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Revision. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
