This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.243 of 2015 on the file of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he attacked the de facto complainant with a knife and stabbed on his right hand forearm and left leg, due to which, he received severe blood injuries.
