CVNR, J & TA, J Dated:11.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce K.Machender @ Mahi, K.Shankaraiah, K.Paramesha, K.Jayamma and K.Saritha (hereinafter referred to as 'alleged detenu Nos.1 to 5') before this Court and set them at liberty.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangana, on instructions, submitted that alleged detenu Nos.1, 2 and 5, who are accused in Crime No.190 of 2018 on the file of Maheshwaram Police Station were arrested on 07.10.2018 and produced before the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Maheshwaram, on the same day and that, on such production, they were remanded to judicial custody by the jurisdictional Magistrate.

As regards alleged detenu Nos.3 and 4, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that they accompanied alleged detenu Nos.1, 2 and 5 to the Police Station and that after being questioned, they were let off.

The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader have not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Inasmuch as the alleged detenu Nos.3

CVNR, J & TA, J Dated:11.10.2018 and 4 were let off and alleged detenu Nos.1, 2 and 5 have been remanded and kept in judicial custody, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
