THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.10786 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.87 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Warangal City, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 342, 323 and 506 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
