OFFICE NOTE 24.06.2026 RRN, J Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Suman, learned Government Pleader for Services-III submitted that, out of the batch matters, in some cases, the orders of this Court, have not been fully complied with.
In some of the cases, the learned counsel for the petitioners failed to appear before this Court, to know whether the orders passed by this Court have been complied with or not.
In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to file individual Memos indicating whether the orders passed by this Court have been fully complied with or not. In cases where the orders have been only partly complied with, the petitioners shall specifically state the extent of compliance effected, the amount paid and the balance amount, if any, remaining due and payable.
The Memos shall contain all the aforesaid particulars and be filed on or before the next date of hearing.
