HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.16197 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in C.C. No.56 of 2014 on the file of V Additional Junior Civil Judge at Guntur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition before the trial court. Permission is granted.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the presence of petitioner before the trial court may be dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The presence of the petitioner/Accused in C.C. No.16197 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur on each and every date of adjournment is dispensed with. However, he shall appear before the trial court as and when his presence is so required. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
