ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - A.1, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.174 of 2013 of Karimnagar Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 294 IPC and Section 20(b) of NDPS Act.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has not been numbered by the Special Court and that the petitioner is regularly attending before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar. Hence the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court not to insist the appearance of petitioner - A.1 till the charge sheet is numbered. The petitioner shall appear before the Court below as and when summons are served on him. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
