The action of the respondent in seeking to recover the property tax is put in issue in this writ petition.
As the petitioner has a statutory remedy of an appeal, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition. Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail its statutory remedy of appeal, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
