HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37107 of 2016 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash FIR No.269 of 2015 on the file of Vikarabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that as the 5th respondent failed to succeed in civil cases filed against the petitioners, he lodged a false complaint against the petitioners and others in respect of the property involved in the civil cases.

The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation. However, taking into consideration the circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the investigation can be completed without arresting the petitioners.

Accordingly, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in the above Crime, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
