HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37256 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 24.5.2018, submitted by the petitioners seeking to issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in furtherance of existing manual pass books to the petitioners in light of possession and enjoyment of the lands admeasuring Ac.28.13 gts situated at Sy.Nos.340, 341, 342,343,348 and 353, 311, 324, 323, 324 and 325 of Dorepally Village, Maddur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even though the petitioners submitted their representation on 24.05.2018 to the respondents, requesting to mutate their names in the revenue records and to issue pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject lands, no action has been taken so far.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that respondents may be directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the online application dated 24.05.2018, submitted by the petitioners seeking to issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject lands and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
