HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14869 of 2014 ORDER:
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 26 of 2013 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Armoor, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 448 IPC (FIR No. 53 of 2012 of Sirikonda Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 04.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Sirikonda Police Station, Nizamabad District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 28.8.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 26 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.
In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
