HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16878 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner/Accused seeks a direction thereby to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 301 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Mangalarigi Rural, Guntur District for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 493 and 506 IPC.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.12.2016, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State has produced before this Court the photographs of the petitioner and de facto complainant whereby it is established that the petitioner had maintained relation with the de facto complainant. The photographs also established that the petitioner married with de facto complainant. Whereas it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had officially in touch with the de facto complainant upto the year 2014 and thereafter he never had any chat or maintained communication with her. The aforesaid statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is contrary to the photographs and report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. In view of the same, I find no ground to grant bail.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed.
