HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14409 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.33 of 2013 of WPS South Zone, Hyderabad, which was registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406 & 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of D.P. Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 19.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, W.P.S. South Zone, Hyderabad and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the XV Additional CMM, Nampally, Hyderabad and C.C is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.33 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
