HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.41371 of 2016 O R D E R :
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 6 on the petitioner's complaints, dated 28-10-2016, 31-10-2016 and 14-11-2016 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to initiate action against respondent Nos.7 to 17 on the complaints lodged by the petitioner.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed that no such occurrence, as alleged in complaints, has taken place. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction :
The petitioner is at liberty to prefer a complaint before the concerned Court by invoking the provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C., if she is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents herein. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
