This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in Crime No.573 of 2014 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad. In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
