The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.34286 ol 2009 in W.P. No.9869 of 2OO9 dated 15.t2.2009.
2. By the aforesaid order dated 15.12.2009, this Court directed respondent Nos.4 to 5 in the writ petition t not to construct second floor, in as much as the application filed by them was rejected by the 3.d respondent-Kothagudem Municipality. Alleging violation of the said order, present Contempt Case has been instituted. Flowever, the Contempt Case filed by the petitioner has not been admitted so far.
3. When the case was listed on 17 .11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, thr' matter was directed to be listed on
l 22.1L2O22 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behaLf of the petitioner.
4. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law if any cause survives in the Contempt Case.
