HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 7 0 3 1 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the 4th respondent on 08.05.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners to direct the 4th respondent to verify the said representation and to take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 4th respondent to verify the representation, dated 08.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
