HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37028 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not initiating the process pursuant to the petitioner's application vide Application No. RMU011801120024, dated 02.08.2018 with Transition Id: TA RMU011801120024, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioner in the concerned revenue records and furnish E-Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in his favour, in respect of his ancestral agriculture dairy land, admeasuring Ac.3-53 cents in Survey No. 222/ 1 in Patta Katha No. 95, situated at Ramulaveedu Village, Podili Mandal, Prakasam district, A.P., by taking into consideration his grandfather's registered possessory deed dated No. 385/ 1944, dated 31.07.1944 of the Sub Registrar, Podili.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restrict his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made a suitable application in Form-6A through online, the same will be disposed of by the authorities within a period of three to five months.

5) In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner, vide Application No.

RMU011801120024, dated 02.08.2018 with Transition Id: TA RMU011801120024, and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, as undertaken by the Government Pleader. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
