HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36941 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not initiating the process pursuant to the petitioners' applications dated 10.09.2018 vide Application No. RMU011801319985 and Application No. TARMU011801320032 respectively, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in the concerned revenue records and furnish E-Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in their favour, in respect of the agriculture land, admeasuring Ac.3-01 cents out of Ac.4-83 cents in Survey No.

353/ 2, situated at Kambalapadu Village, Podili Mandal, Prakasam district, by taking into consideration their registered sale deed No. 1056/ 1995, dated 12.09.1995 of Sub Registrar, Podili. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
