THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.10860 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant/ 2nd respondent and the petitioner/ A.5 in S.C.No.269 of 2018 on the file of the Prl.Asst.Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, Telangana State, outcome of Cr.No.42 of 2017 of Vangoor Police Station, Nagarkurnool district, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.363 and 395 IPC, along with their respective counsels present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and seeking permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise and to compound the offences by recording the compromise and therefrom quash the proceedings against the petitioner.

Heard both the parties and perused the record. In view of the compromise between the parties, they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.269 of 2018 on the file of the Prl. Asst. Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, Telangana State, against the petitioner/ A.5 herein and he is acquitted. His bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
