O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent in disconnecting the power supply to the tower erected at H.No.24-1511/8A, Lenin Nagar, Srinivasa Nagar, Qutbullapur Mandal & Village, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation submits that the power supply to the petitioner company has been restored. To that effect, he has produced a letter dated 22.01.2015 addressed by the Assistant City Planner to the Deputy Executive Engineer seeking clarification with regard to disconnection of power supply to the petitioner company, on which, it is endorsed by the Assistant Engineer, APCPDCL, Jagathgirigutta, Sub-station that "Now supply is OK and not disconnected, reconnection given". A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
