Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally has assigned C.C.(Sr) No.817 of 2016 and the main C.C. number is yet to be assigned. Once the charge sheet is filed, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
