This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.5 in Crime No.397 of 2018 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 365, 307 I.P.C. read with Section 149 I.P.C., Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015, and Sections 25(1) and 27 of the Arms Act, 1878.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner-A.5 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Under these circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
