HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13844 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 would represent that the matter has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.799 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Dhone.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
