When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record an order bearing Roc.No.F6/2601/DCF/TTD/Tpt? 2012 dated 10.03.2016 issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Forests, Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams, Tirupathi according sanction for payment of the amounts claimed by the petitioner.

In view of the above said order, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly closed.
