O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 16.10.2012 passed by this Court in WPMP No.32906 of 2012 in W.P.No.25816 of 2012. By the said order, this Court directed the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) to consider the case of the petitioner for alternative suitable employment. It is now stated that pursuant to the said order, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected and that he has also filed another writ petition before this Court assailing the correctness of the said decision. Though there appears to be delay on the part of the APSRTC in passing an order upon due consideration of the petitioner's case, this Court finds no indication that such delay was willful or deliberate.
