It is stated by Sri Srinivas Pendota, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court today in W.P.No.11578 of 2015 And the same is not disputed by Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order in W.P.No.11578 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
