HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36891 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action of the representation dated 07.08.2018 of the petitioner and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 07.08.2018."

Though the request of the petitioner is to consider the representation made by him on behalf of Crawford Memorial Hospital, Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the said request cannot be accepted, as the name of Methodist Church of India is reflected in the revenue records, with respect to the subject land.

On the other hand, the counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Methodist Church of India received compensation to an extent of Rs.5 crores and misappropriated the same, and Dr.B.Avinash, who is representing Crawford Memorial Hospital in the capacity of Superintendent, has made a representation to the respondents, to protect the interests of the subject property. Hence, seeks a direction for the disposal of the representation made in accordance with law.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the appropriate course for the petitioner would be to approach the concerned authority under the R.O.R. Act.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under the provisions of the R.O.R. Act, in which event, the concerned authority shall take appropriate action in accordance with law and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
