THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 5678 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in giving allotment letter for the second year to lift balance slit and sand in accordance with the original allotment letter, in spite of receiving the entire amount, as illegal and arbitrary.

While learned Government Pleader submits that the matter has become infructuous, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have any instructions from his client. 3.

In the light of the above, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
