When the matter had come up on 05.11.2015, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

The Transfer Criminal Petition, is accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
