HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37413 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not issuing pass books and title deeds and also the action of the fourth respondent in not entertaining documents for registration for want of new passbooks and title deeds in respect of land of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.1458/ OW/ 2 and further extent of Ac.2.00 in Sy.No.1458/ OW/ 2-1, situated at Dammapeta Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though an application was made, till date no e-pass books were issued by the third respondents.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that no such application is pending before the authorities. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application seeking issuance of e-pass books, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event, the third respondent shall deal with the same in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
