THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13397 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had made an application on 14.07.2015 before the 2nd respondent under Section 19 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, to permit the petitioner to surrender tenancy rights in respect of an extent of Ac.1.33 guntas in survey Nos.82, 83, 84 and 124 of Gudimalkapur Village, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, in favour of the original pattadar and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application and dispose it of within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's application dated 14.07.2015 by passing appropriate orders within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
